Commons Purlieu

Professional offices are arrayed along the sides of the Commons. A classic relationship of scale exists between their dimensions and the green space. This creates a sense of enclosure, togetherness, and spatial definition; resulting in a harmonious streetscape. Individual units are conveniently accessed from parking areas, or from covered arcades located in their centers. Walled garden courtyards create private spaces adjacent to the broad vistas of the Commons experience. Buildings may be configured with up to four units within each structure.
